17th Annual Golf Tournament was a Huge Success!

Nearly 100 golfers hit the links at Crystal Springs Golf Course on Friday, September 15 to support the Jack McGovern Coats' Disease Foundation! Following an afternoon of friendly competition, golfers and guests enjoyed a delicious dinner and an interesting program that included guest speakers Dr. Mike Jumper who is Jack's doctor and is a leader among Retina Specialists. Dr. Jumper spoke about the importance of this Foundation to Coats' patients and doctors around the world!

Attendees also heard from Immediate Past Chair, Joe Vollert and newly appointed Chair, Negar Souza. Additionally, Coats' patient, Jaxon, who came to the event from Virginia with his mother and brother, spoke about his experience living with Coats' Disease. The evening concluded with a lively auction and Fund the Future paddle raise, where guests dug deep into their pockets and showed tremendous support to help Coats' patients, fund research, and further our mission. We are so thankful to everyone who sponsored, donated, played golf, and joined us for dinner. We cannot wait to see you all again next year!
